OZ by NEWINGでは、現行のハーレーダビットソンを「速く、カッコ良く」をコンセプトにカスタムし、新たなカフェレーサースタイルを提案していきます。
カフェレーサーの特徴となる、低くて幅が狭いセパレートハンドルや伏せた姿勢でも、下肢が楽なようにステップを後方に下げるバックステップなどを装備した状態で、最も速く、カッコ良く見えるスタイルを目指しました。
1960年代のグランプリロードレース車輛を彷彿するフロントカウルも装備し、現代のカフェレーサースタイルの完成です。
At OZ by NEWING, we customize the current Harley-Davidson models with the concept of being “fast and stylish”, introducing a new café racer style.
Aiming for a style that looks its fastest and coolest, we’ve incorporated features typical of café racers such as low and narrow separate handles and a forward-leaning posture. Additionally, we’ve equipped rear-set footpegs designed to keep the rider’s legs comfortable even in this aggressive stance.
Equipped with a front cowl reminiscent of the 1960s Grand Prix road racing vehicles, it represents the culmination of modern café racer styling.

従来のカフェレーサースタイルでは、余り重要視されていないアイテムのフロントフェンダーですが、現代のカフェレーサースタイルにはすごく重要なアイテムになります、タイヤとのクリアランスを縮めてよりスタイリッシュに見せたり、リアにかけての跳ね上げデザインは現代版カフェレーサーの特徴になります。

While the front fender wasn’t particularly emphasized in traditional café racer styles, in contemporary café racer designs, it has become an incredibly important element. Reducing the clearance between it and the tire makes the look more stylish, and the upturned design towards the rear is a hallmark of the modern café racer.

本来、アルミやFRP製の燃料タンクに変更されてきたカフェレーサーですが、OZ by NEWINGではより安全でリスクの少ないタンクカバータイプを採用しました。
純正のタンクの上からかぶせることにより、よりお手軽にカスタム塗装を行えたり、純正タンクにすぐに戻すことも可能です。又、デザイン面でも従来のカフェレーサーの特徴である、より長く見えるようなデザインに変更してます。
※ 純正タンクコンソールを取り外して取り付けてください。
Traditionally, café racers often opted for aluminum or FRP-made fuel tanks. However, at OZ by NEWING, we have chosen a tank cover type for its enhanced safety and reduced risk.
By overlaying the original tank, it allows for easier custom painting, and there’s also the flexibility to revert to the original tank quickly. Additionally, in terms of design, we’ve made changes to emulate the traditional café racer feature of a longer-looking tank design.

Leveraging the original single seat, extending the streamlined design of the rear fender cowl towards the back completes the modern café racer style.
With the use of a relocation kit inside the rear fender cowl, it’s possible to relocate items such as tail lights, indicators, and license plates, allowing you to enjoy a café racer style tailored to your preferences.

Sportster S用 丸型LEDヘッドライトとヘッドライト取り付けブラケットのキットのセットです。
付属のブラケットはフロントフォークに装着できるに設計されており、ボルトオンで取り付けが出来ます。
LEDヘッドライトも付属のハーネスを使用することで、カプラーオンで取り付けできます。（デイライト部は配線加工が必要です）
・Aタイプのヘッドライトは、デイライトが中央部に横型のLEDが搭載されたヘッドライトになります。
・Bタイプのヘッドライトは、デイライトがイカリングタイプのLEDヘッドライトになります。
A set of round LED headlights and headlight mounting bracket kit for Sportster S.
The included bracket is designed to be attached to the front fork and can be bolted on.
LED headlights can also be installed with a coupler on by using the included harness. (Wiring processing is required for the daylight part)

ナンバー位置をリアフェンダーカウルに移設することでリア周りをスッキリと見せ、純正から違和感なく変更することができます。 日本で製作していますので、日本ナンバーをそのまま取付することができます。 ナンバーブラケット、ナンバー用ステー、ナンバー灯、テールライト、リアLEDウインカー、取付用ボルト、カラー、ワッシャーが付属します。 付属のナンバー灯は、白色光に光るLEDです。 テールライトはPOSH製 Z900RS用ルミナスLEDテールランプユニット、ダークレッドになります。 ※テールライト、リアウインカーは移設が必要となります。

Since it is manufactured in Japan, you can attach the Japanese number plate as is.

The included license plate light is an LED that emits white light.
The tail light is a POSH luminous LED tail lamp unit for Z900RS, dark red.

ハーレーダビッドソンの定番カスタムである、１インチローダウン行った時でさえ、快適な乗り心地を約束します。

純正ラジエーターを加工する事無くボルトオンで取り付け可能（純正ボルト・ゴムブッシュは流用します）
オールアルミ製を採用することで、ラジエーター本体の重量増を低減、３層ラジエーターで冷却効果を高めています。
又、純正ラジエーターのやぼったさを解消し、スポーティなカフェレーサースタイルに変更出来るオススメのカスタムパーツとなります。
ラジエーター取り付けステーは、可動式（約5mm）になっており、マフラーの脱着がしやすくなるように作製しています。

By adopting an all-aluminum construction, we’ve reduced the weight gain of the radiator body, and with a triple-layer design, its cooling efficiency is enhanced.
Additionally, this custom part is recommended for those looking to eliminate the somewhat bulky appearance of the original radiator and transition to a sporty café racer style.
The radiator mounting bracket is adjustable (about 5mm), designed to facilitate easier removal and attachment of the muffler.

When customizing or maintaining the handle area, simply covering the tank can prevent accidental scratches from tools. It comes equipped with a pocket at the top, handy for holding tools during work. Moreover, built-in magnets on the sides ensure it won’t shift or slip.
Additionally, when storing your bike at home, covering the tank will shield it from dust, so all you have to do before heading out is remove the cover to reveal a clean vehicle.
